Account Data: Email, username, profile picture (if provided).
Payment Data: Processed entirely by Stripe — we store only customer/subscription IDs.
Usage Data: API requests, IP address, rate limit tracking, generated API keys.
To provide and improve the Service, enforce rate limits, process payments via Stripe, and communicate with you (e.g., support emails).
Stripe: For payment processing (card data never touches our servers).
We do not sell personal data.
Account data retained while active. Deleted upon request or after 2 years of inactivity. Payment records kept as required by law.
Access, rectification, deletion, portability, and opt-out rights. Contact support@rippl3.net to exercise them. We respond within 30 days.
Data processed in the US. We rely on Stripe's SCCs and standard contractual clauses.
We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, encryption at rest, JWT auth). No system is 100% secure.
