By accessing or using Rippl3.net (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Rippl3 provides a public API for music similarity recommendations based on audio embeddings, along with search and related features. Free tier has rate limits; paid tiers (Monthly $6, Lifetime $50) offer higher limits and unlimited access.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are processed via Stripe. Monthly subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Lifetime is a one-time payment. No refunds except as required by law. You may cancel monthly anytime via Stripe customer portal (link provided after purchase).
You agree to abide by published rate limits. Abuse may result in throttling or termination.
Song metadata and embeddings are derived from public sources. Rippl3 does not host audio files. You retain rights to your uploaded data; we claim no ownership.
You may not: reverse engineer the Service, overload servers, use for illegal purposes, or attempt to extract training data.
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages or accuracy of recommendations. Total liability capped at amounts paid in the last 12 months.
We may terminate access for violations. Paid access continues until subscription end (monthly) or permanently (lifetime).
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
